Payments Due:

Late charges of ten (10%) percent per annum prorated will be added to any bill thirty (30) days overdue, after the training program has been completed. If the full amount or the minimum past due amount is not paid by the due date, late fees are assessed: $30.00 flat fee on all late payments plus $20.00 per month up to $240.00 per year. The student will be liable for all late charges, reasonable attorney's fees, and all other costs and charges necessary for the collection of all unpaid fees.

Leave of absence:

Students who want a leave of absence for a specific period should apply for approval. A leave of absence from this program has to be approved by the School Director in writing only. This approval will be valid for thirty (30) days, unless the student receives prior approval for additional time. Any student who is absent for more than thirty (30) days, without an approved leave of absence, will be considered withdrawn from the program. If a student wishes to return to the program, the student must reregister and pay all of the fees which are required of a new student. If a student obtained a license from any government agency of the United States, the school will recognize the training credit associated with that license. Credit for all other previous courses will no longer be valid.

Job Placement:

Although placement assistance service is provided, the school cannot guarantee a job to any student or graduate. Please understand that a criminal record may prevent you from obtaining employment or from obtaining a City, State, or Federal certification or license. Before enrolling for any course(s), the student must speak with the School Director to see if the student qualifies for that specific course.

International Development Institute cannot be held liable if the student is unable to obtain certification or licensing due to information not disclosed. I understand that in order to graduate, I must meet all the requirements of the school and my account has to be paid in full.
